Description:
Rhizome branched, becoming glabrous; fronds becoming glabrescent, obovate or obliquely obovate, 6-10 mm long, 6-8 mm broad, sometimes unequally arranged and more or less paired; sporocarps solitary, 3.5-4 mm long, faintly or distinctly ribbed, concave or flat on the upper side, apex pointed; teeth 2, the upper one broadly triangular the lower one narrowly triangular, recurved.
