Description:
Erect to ascending glandular- and eglandular-hairy annual herb; stems to 20 cm long; leaves oblong to ovate, to 3.5 cm long, lobed with 3-5 principal lobes but never to the midrib; the lobes dentate; petioles to 2 cm long.
Flowers in umbels of 2-5; pedicels to 15 mm long, covered with mostly glandular hairs; sepals oblong-lanceolate, to 8 mm long; petals pink to pale-purple, with darker veins, as long as or slightly longer than the sepals; stamen filaments narrow-lanceolate, c. 4 mm long; staminodes almost as long.
Mericarps c. 5 mm long, hirsute, both the pit and the groove below it well defined and bearing large glandular hairs.
