Description:
Erect to spreading shrub, 1.5-4 m high; leaves petiolate, lamina usually spathulate, sometimes obovate, mucronate, 2.5-6 x 1-2.5 cm, margin entire to irregularly sinuolate; petiole 3.5-20 mm long.

Distribution:  Appears to be restricted to rocky hills and ranges and associated rocky creeks and gullies in arid areas.
