Description:
Usually greyish-green-villous; stems ascending, to 30 cm; leaves suborbicular, 3-parlite, the segments divided into 3-5 lobes, tapering into the broad-triangular to triangular-lanceolate adnate stipules.
Inner sepals c. 0.5 mm long, to one-quarter the length of the epicalyx, triangular, slightly spreading; flowers 1.75-2.5 mm long, fruiting receptacle urceolate, with a distinct neck, long-hairy on the body and longitudinal striations, bristly on the sepals, green or yellow, 2-2.5 mm long.

Considered by H. Eichler (1965) Suppl. 169, and J. H. Willis (1972) Handbook to plants in Victoria 2:209, to be naturalised in S.Aust., but I have seen no specimens which could be assigned with certainty to this species.
