Description:
Somewhat succulent prostrate or more or less climbing practically glabrous annual; leaves peltate, orbicular to reniform, 5-15 cm diam., with c. 9 main veins, margins almost entire; peduncles often 15-25 cm long.
Flowers 2.5-7 cm diam.; sepal spur 2.5-3.5 cm long, straight or curved; petals mostly red, yellow or orange, usually rounded; stamens unequal.
Fruit indehiscent.
