Common name: Sheeps burnet, salad burner.
Description:
Rootstock perennial, with erect or ascending annual stems; leaves of 9-21 orbicular to elliptic toothed leaflets; leaflets 5-20 mm long.
Heads 1-3 cm diam., upper flowers in the head female, lower male; fruit 3-8 mm long, the angles winged, containing 1-3 achenes.
