Plantago lanceolata var. dubia

Citation: Wahlenberg, Fl. Suec. 96 (1824).

Synonymy: P. dubia L., Fl. Suec. edn 2:46 (1755).

Common name: None

Description:
Leaves linear-oblanceolate, densely covered with long greyish-white hairs.

Distribution:  S.Aust.: SL, SE.   Native to southern Europe.

Flowering time: Jan. (1 record).

Biology: No text

Taxonomic notes: Although many European floras do not record these varieties it seems important to adopt them here as only 2 extreme forms are found in S.Aust. and this might lead to the assumption that they are different species.
