Description:
Annual herbs, glabrous.

Sepals dimorphic; petals spathulate, not clawed; median nectariferous glands present.

Fruit a silicula, indehiscent, pear-shaped and broadest distally, slightly compressed; seeds 1 or 2; radicle incumbent.

Distribution:  1 species from the Mediterranean, mid-European and western Asian region, now established in Australia.
