Description:
Leaves 3-6, 5-50 cm long, channelled, 5-20 mm broad.
Fertile flowers 4-5 mm long, brownish, in a lax raceme 9-40 cm long, oblong-urceolate; lobes cream or greenish-white; neuter flowers violet or purplish, forming a terminal conspicuous head.
