Common name: Coastal galenia.
Description:
Greyish villous perennial; stems prostrate, softly woody, to c. 1 m long, reddish or grey, with appressed hairs 0.3-0.7 mm long; leaves grey-green, thinly covered with hair-like scales, scattered along the stems, obovate to narrowly spathulate, 3-20 mm long, flat or somewhat folded and recurving.
Perianth greenish-white, usually pink inside, 2-3 mm long; anthers pink; styles 5.
