Description:
Frond to 30 cm high, occasionally more; sterile segment spreading, tripartite, 3-pinnate to 3-pinnate-pinnatifid; fertile spike erect, 2- or 3-pinnate, stalk fleshy; sporangia large, thick, transversely dehiscing.
