Common name: Wintercress, early wintercress.
Description:
Biennial herb to 75 cm tall, usually glabrous; leaves lyrate-pinnatisect with 5-10 pairs of lobes, petiolate, to 20 cm long, reducing towards the apex.
Sepals to 3 mm long; petals 5-7 mm long, yellow; style 1-2 mm long.
Siliqua linear, 30-70 mm long, 1.5-2 mm wide; pedicels spreading, 4-8 mm long; seeds ellipsoid, c. 2.5 mm long.
